Returns and Cancelations
ZiGi will gladly authorize returns of damaged unworn merchandise made through the ZiGi website, www.ziginy.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. No exchanges are permitted, please contact support for further information. All returns must be pre-approved through a Return Merchandise Authorization Request. No returns will be allowed without authorization( ei. Return Merchandise Authorization). A Return Authorization is permitted for full damaged cases ONLY. Only unworn merchandise will be considered for Return Authorization: it being expressly understood and agreed hereunder that the company will not take back worn Merchandise. Request for Return Authorization must be submitted through our RMA Request form and include the following:
- Order Number & Invoice Number
- Style, color, & Quantity
- Unit Price, and
- Reason for Return
Once the company has issued a Return Authorization number, the customer must send the shipment back per the instructions provided. A credit will be issued for counted merchandise received not to exceed the amount authorized. Any merchandise that is received other than what was agreed upon will not be eligible for credit. Return Authorization numbers expire thirty(30) days after the date issued. Merchandise cannot be returned with an expired Return Authorization number. The company is not responsible for any freight consolidation charges associated with any returns.
All cancellations are subject to approval and may be subject to a restocking fee that the company deems appropriate. Cancellation requests must be made over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS AND EARRINGS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items and earrings.
ZIGI guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Used, worn, or damaged items will be returned at your expense. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1-855-944-4872.
All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or shoe box and the original shipping box to avoid damage to the merchandise. Any returns shipped without the original shoe box or not in a shipping carton can be refused. You will not receive credit and you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Requests for an Return Authorization must be submitted through our RMA Request form and include the same information as with domestic orders. Ship the shoes back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. The company is not responsible for any freight consolidation charges associated with any returns. As with domestic orders, shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a restocking that the company will apply as it deems appropriate . Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment and can take up to 14 days to process. However, please note that all refused shipments will be charged $59.90 to cover shipping costs both ways, this amount will not be refunded to your credit card.
Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all export and local excise, sales, use, property, and other taxes or charges levied with respect to the merchandise sold to customer hereunder. Taxes and other charges will be added by the company to the purchase price where the company has the legal obligation to collect the same and will be invoiced and paid by customer, unless customer provides the company with a proper tax exemption certificate.
